  10. Hyper MPEG player has 3 different feature from
  11. other MPEG player in the world.

  13.     1) can play MPEG-1, MPEG-2 and MPEG-System Video stream
  14.     2) move step by step in forward and also in backward 
  15.     3) can save the frame to .bmp file format
